The estranged wife of fugitive property developer Jean Nassif has been snapped arriving at Sydney Airport accompanied by a dark-haired mystery man.

It is the first glimpse into Nisserine ‘Nissy’ Nassif’s new life, after separating from her husband, who is believed to be in Lebanon and is the subject of warrant for his arrest by NSW Police.

Nissy was arriving back in Sydney after spending a week in Queensland filming for her part in the reality TV show All Stars Adventure, which she is raising awareness to the mental health challenges her son and many Australians with ADHD face.

She has been posting stories of herself involved in various activities including the finale for the show revealing a crocodile in the background.

Nissy and her mystery man flew into Sydney on Sunday night and were pictured chatting while waiting for their bags, before heading for a taxi together.

Dressed for the cold night in leggings, boots, a puffer jacket, and sunglasses on her head, Nissy was carrying a high-end Chanel handbag.

The unnamed man was pictured wrangling with more expensive luggage - including a $5000 plus Louis Vuitton carry on travel bag - before loading it into a Tuk Taxi.

Only last week, the infamous yellow Lamborghini gifted by Mr Nassif to his then second wife for Valentine’s Day in 2019, was sold by the company to help raise funds.

It comes as photographs of the besieged Sydney property developer lying in hospital emerged last month as the Toplace founder said he is suffering from “anxiety, depression and stress”.

The property developer who has presided over the collapse of a $1.5b empire — potentially impacting more than 20,000 homeowners — has vowed to “fight back” and “fix” his problems.

Nassif is the subject of an outstanding warrant, with NSW police keen to talk to him as part of an investigation into allegations of “large-scale fraud” at his family business.

Proof of debt claims now total $630m – one of the largest property collapses in Australia – and over 500 creditors make up the owed amount.

The developer informed a state parliamentary inquiry in February that he was in a “remote part of Lebanon”.

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption is also investigating allegations several councillors in Sydney’s northwest were replaced to engineer favourable development results for Toplace.

NSW Fair Trading has banned Toplace and Nassif from operating in NSW pending a review.

The move follows the agency issuing building rectification orders for works to fix defects in Toplace buildings, including three issued for 11-15 Charles St, Canterbury, on July 7 and March 17 this year and February 2 last year.
