An alleged conspiracy theorist has asked for the footage of her own arrest in the latest court appearance of the Grace Hughes kidnapping saga.

Investigators are sorting through terabytes of evidence in the case against an alleged conspiracy theorist turned charged with kidnapping.

Juliet Marie Oldroyd was one of five people charged over the 12-day disappearance of five-year-old Grace Hughes.

In August police launched a desperate interstate search for the Darwin girl after she was taken from a supervised parental visit at Berrimah.

Police alleged Oldroyd was part of a group who conspired to abduct and hide the child and her mother, Laura Hinks.

Oldroyd was charged with abducting a child under 16-years-old, and was initially granted bail but lost it four days later for allegedly sending a barrage of religious-themed threats texts to a police officer.

Oldroyd was additionally charged with making threats and an attempt to pervert the course of justice.

She was again granted bail by the Supreme Court under strict conditions, including home detention, non-contact orders and a $20,000 bond.

On Monday, Chief Judge Elizabeth Morris heard from Oldroyd’s new defence lawyer, Storm Lawlor.

Mr Lawlor said he was seeking body-worn footage from the 50-year-old’s arrest and searches of her home.

A prosecutor said it was a “massive brief”, with terabytes of evidence from seized mobiles, footage and police body-cam evidence.

Oldroyd’s hearing was adjourned to October 26, the same court dates for her co-accused; Grace’s mother, a 67-year-old woman and a 69-year-old man.

Ms Morris said with more than 100 hearings listed for the Darwin Local Court that day, she predicted the alleged kidnapper’s case would be pushed back again.
