Ash Barty shares first image of baby boy Hayden

The tennis champion has announced the arrival of her first born by sharing a gorgeous photo.

Tennis champion Ash Barty and husband Garry Kissick have announced the arrival of their newborn by sharing a photo of the gorgeous bundle of joy.

The former world number one, who quit tennis last year after winning the Australian Open, has revealed she and Kissick named their baby boy Hayden.

Kissick’s Instagram post generated an outpouring of love from many well known Aussies a across the sporting world, including a cheeky comment from Wimbledon.

“Future Wimbledon champ? Congratulations!,” the comment read.

Model Bec Judd said: “Congrats gorgeous”.

“Congrats Ashhhhh! Amazing news! He's so gorgeous! He’s so lucky to have you guys as parents,” wrote comedian Tanya Hennessy.

The long-term couple got married last year in Queensland.
