TripADeal offering 10,000 bonus travel points to help Australians go on holiday

Online travel agent TripADeal is on a mission to see more Aussies jet off on bucket-list holidays and is offering bonus frequent flyer points in January to help you get there.

‘Really good news’: Australians defying cost of living pressures to holiday

Australians feeling the cost-of-living pinch can make their holiday dollars stretch further this month.

Nicole O’Brien benefited when she booked a TripADeal vacation for her family of four to Japan in June and earned 10,000 bonus Qantas frequent flyer points that could see her flight upgraded or earn her a cheaper flight in future.

The Darceyville mother of two said she was always going to book the TripADeal holiday for herself, husband Richard, daughter Isabella, 20, and 14-year-old son Lachlan, but the new year points offer compelled her to become a Qantas frequent flyer on the spot.

“It was a surprise to me. It’s great value and I hope to be able to use the points to upgrade to business class on a future flight,” she said.

TripADeal will offer the bonus points all this month for those that book a holiday valued at $999 or more.

“We know that a lot of Australian travellers have made the investment in becoming Qantas Frequent Flyers and are using their Qantas Points to travel further for less,” TripADeal co-founder and co-CEO Richard Johnston said.

“Our mission as a business has always been to provide bucket list trips for unbelievable prices, and this offer is a further commitment to that promise. We want to see more Aussies getting out there and fulfilling those travel dreams and we hope this plays a part in them getting there.”

To be eligible for the points offer, each purchase must be made with a cash spend of $999 and over, excluding point redemption.

The offer, which is in addition to the three points already accrued for every dollar spent on any TripADeal purchase, runs until midnight, Wednesday, January 31. Complete terms and conditions are available at tripadeal.com.au.
