The tastiest no fuss meal

Steph Claire Smith & Laura Henshaw play 'Healthy or Hyped'

Ready in under 30 minutes, this creamy coconut curry is another one pan wonder favourite! You can expect a medley of herbs and spices for a seriously tasty and aromatic dish.

A favourite of Kic co-founder Laura Henshaw, this easy one pan meal is perfect for your next low-effort dinner.

"One-pot recipes are on rotation during the week in our house. They’re perfect for nights when Dalt and I get home a bit later than usual from the office, and neither of us can be stuffed cooking, " Henshaw says.

"This curry looks (and tastes) like it would be hard work, but trust me, it’s one of the easiest dinners to make. Just pop everything in one pot, let it simmer on the stove, and dinner will be ready in less than 30 mins - the dream."

"The salmon literally melts in your mouth, delish!"

3. Add the coconut milk and simmer for a couple minutes, then add the baby spinach and lime juice and simmer until wilted. Finally, add the salmon fillets. Cover and simmer for another 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
