Shoppers are going wild after realising that Kmart is now selling licensed Disney merchandise – including a High School Musical-themed jumper.

Social media user @adetalia was stunned to spot a white sweatshirt dedicated to popular film series High School Musical at the nationwide retailer.

The jumper featured an image of the movie’s basketball team logo with the phrase “Wild Cats” and “East High School” in it.

“Be still my beating heart,” Aden said in her video, which has racked up almost 70,000 views on TikTok.

“In the year of 2025 there is a High School Musical jumper at Kmart.”

The jumper retails for $28.

Aden revealed she went into a Sydney store recently and saw another piece of Disney merchandise, which prompted her to revisit to see what else was available.

“She’s coming home with me,” Aden said.

Aden wasn’t the only one to report spotting the item. Another said they’d seen it at Pacific Fair, in Queensland. Some reported being unable to find it online, but that has since changed, with the sweatshirt currently available on Kmart’s site.

Social media users were stunned with the news.

“Shut tf up I need it,” one said.

Another said: “THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK ONLINE.”

“I wish we had these in Canada,” one social media user added.

Another posted: “I NEED THIS SO BADLY.”

“It’s because you all have adult money now,” one added.

A Kmart spokesman told news.com.au the range has proven to be popular.

“Nostalgia-driven fashion is having a major moment, and High School Musical holds a special place in many customers’ hearts. The sweatshirt blends comfort with pop culture, making it a fun yet practical addition to any wardrobe,” the spokesman said.

“Plus, Kmart’s affordable pricing makes it easy for fans to embrace the trend without splurging.

“The High School Musical License Long Sleeve Sweatshirt pairs perfectly with relaxed-fit jeans or leggings for a casual, everyday look. For a fun, vintage-inspired outfit, layer it over a collared shirt and pair with a pleated skirt and sneakers.

“To fully embrace the Y2K aesthetic, accessorise with chunky sneakers and colourful hair clips.”

Kmart fans have recently raved about its freeze dried candy collection, which includes Sour Worms, Rainbow Bites, Cola Bottles, Strawberries, Bananas and Marshmallow Twists.

Each packet retails for $3.

Food content creator @michaeljaimie said the lollies “better be worth it” after driving around Adelaide to find them.

“I think I am going to hate the Strawberries the most, so I will start with those first,” he said.

“Okay. I’m being a little dramatic. They’re not that bad. For a freeze dried candy, they’re really dense.

“Sometimes they’re really light and fluffy. That’s actually a good thing. These taste like a generic Strawberry.”

He then tried the Bananas, saying there was a sour tinge to them, but wasn’t a fan. He ultimately declared the Rainbow Bites to be “the best” out of the three he tried.
