Luckily, good old Kmart has come to the rescue, releasing a game-changing gadget for cooler days and nights. And unlike most costly air-conditioning units, this rechargeable mini cooler will only set you back $19.

The portable cooler is perfect for your next campaign trip, or if you’re like me and the idea of the great outdoors triggers a mini panic attack, the bargain gadget will also upgrade any inner-city bedroom or share-house lounge room.

The lightweight little machine has three different speed variations, with one to cool even the sweatiest of individuals. Despite its battery power and size, customers haven’t found its noise levels too distracting, with some raving reviews recommending people purchase the cooler as a home-desk staple. 

“I actually bought it for my son because his bedroom is really hot but it's really handy for my desk,” one satisfied shopper says, with another claiming her purchase of the cooler was so great she’s already gone back for a second.
