"I just wake up at that time"
Sharing a TikTok of her productive morning, the mum has left viewers stunned.
“If you woke up at 3 am would you roll over and go back to sleep or would you get up and start your day?” she asks in the video.
Her routine starts with a quiet, child-free, relaxing bath—sounds heavenly, right?
“I love a 4 am bath,” she says.
After that, she begins tidying the house, uninterrupted by her three youngsters.
“A lot of people think that I get up at 4 am to clean. I 100% do not,” she clarifies.
“I just wake up at that time, so I will plod around doing things.”
Rosie's entire account is dedicated to showing how her early wake-ups have made her life easier and her household more organised.
She says the productivity isn’t just limited to the quiet hours of the morning, with much of her chore list accomplished the night before.
Typically, she hits the hay at 9 pm, which helps with the early morning wake-ups.
“Things like packing school lunches, filling up water bottles, and stuff like that—you kind of need to do that on the day,” she explains.
She’s able to accomplish everything, all while enjoying the peace and quiet. When she’s all done, she finishes up with a nice, hot cup of tea.
“I do not care what anybody says, but the first hot drink of the day, of the morning, hits different,” she declares.

“I'm an early riser too! I go to the gym at 4 am when my kids go to their dad’s,” one claimed. "4 am is effort, but it gives you more hours in the day."
