Celebrate Anzac Day this year with a batch or two of these oaty, golden syryupy bliss balls. 

The best part? You can make the mixture and stick it in the freezer to enjoy for months after Anzac Day.

No-bake Anzac biscuit bliss balls

Ingredients

5 or 6 (about 175g) Coles Bakery Anzac Biscuits* coarsely chopped

1/2 cup (40g) Coles Shredded Coconut

1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats

100g cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp golden syrup

Method 

#1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the 6 (about 175g) Coles Bakery Anzac Biscuits*, coarsely chopped, 1/2 cup (40g) Coles Shredded Coconut, 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats, 100g cream cheese, softened and 2 tbsp golden syrup in a food processor and process until well combined.

#2. Step 2Roll 1-tbs portions of mixture into balls. Place on lined tray. Place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.

#3. Store bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
