Mum shares shock after finding graphic X-rated content on children's biscuits

"I'm furious that kids might have these in their lunch boxes and in a second their innocence would be destroyed," the concerned mum said.

The X-rated content appeared on the back of the packet

The unsuspecting mum-of-three says she bought her children the 'My Little Pony - Mini Biscotti' snack this week from a local supermarket.

The unsettling discovery occurred when she turned over the packet to find a link printed on the back.

Curious as to what it was, she searched it and was horrified when she saw that it led to a pornography website.

After taking to social media to warn other parents, she found out that this is not the first time this manufacturer has been in hot water for this issue.

Just last month, they had to pull the 'Paw Patrol - Mini Biscotti' range from shelves for the exact same reason.

"Their innocence would be destroyed"

"I'm furious that children can access this," the mum told The Mirror UK.  "All it takes is a kid to type that web address in and their innocence would be destroyed.

"I wouldn't wish that conversation on anyone - parents need to know about this because they are perfect for kids' lunchboxes."

She said she couldn't bear thinking about these snacks going into schools where so many children could access the graphic content.

How did this happen?

There's yet to be an official statement from the company as to how this occurred, but it's believed the URL domain that linked to the pornographic website was previously owned by the manufacturer of the My Little Pony biscuits.

A spokesperson said that they were working with the supplier to ensure the product is recalled.

The product is not available in Australia and apparently only affected stock within the UK.
