She might wear fingerless lace gloves to cook and have a net worth in the multi-millions.
But when it comes to motherhood, Paris Hilton just wants what we all want: to post a photo of her baby and have everyone gush over how cute he is.
And when Paris posted a series of photos of her nine-month-old son Phoenix on Instagram, gushing is what she expected.
“My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC,” she captioned the sweet photo series.
But instead of compliments, the 42-year-old got criticism and unsolicited medical advice, all because of the size and shape of little Phoenix’s head.
“Stewie?” one person commented referring to the baby on Family Guy whose head shape is wide and exaggerated.
“He’s already further AHEAD than most,” wrote another person.
“Pinky and da brain,” a third person cruelly said, referencing another cartoon character with an out-of-proportion head.

Fans slam trolls for criticising Paris Hilton’s baby
Plenty of fans came to Paris’ defense.
“Are you that miserable that you feel the need to bully a baby?” one person wrote. “If you think it’s OK to harass an infant and his mum, I feel sorry for you.”
“As a mum, these comments hurt my heart. He’s beautiful,” wrote another supportive fan.
“Time to switch off comments Paris. You don’t need this behaviour,” a third person wrote.

But not all the comments came from trolls and their critics.
Some people who weighed in seemed genuinely concerned that Phoenix might have a health issue.
“Hey Paris, your baby may need what’s called a ‘shunt’ to drain excess cerebrospinal fluid,” one person said. “We see it a lot in the NICU. He’s super cute though! – Concerned NICU nurse.”
“God bless you. Please take him to the neurosurgeon ASAP he needs a helmet soon, I’m serious, I’m a healthcare provider,” a second person wrote.
“He really does look like he has macrocephaly,” a third comment read. “My boys all had big heads but his is much larger. And yes I’m a nurse.”
