IT’S easy to be impressed when you step inside the Noosa 216 by Montgomery Homes.

The raked ceiling is impossible to miss and it gives the house a genuine sense of lightness and space.

With four bedrooms and several living spaces, it’s well-suited to families who love to entertain.

The design allows for two optional alfresco areas — one to the rear overlooking the garden and one off the kitchen at the side.

It’s also a good choice for buyers with a fairly narrow block — it suits sites with a minimum width of 12.5m.

MORE NEW HOME DESIGNS

The kitchen and adjoining living and meals spaces are at the centre of the floorplan and the kitchen includes a large island bench with a double basin sink and a walk-in pantry. A home theatre sits at the rear, as does a study which is separated by a partial wall.

Three of the bedrooms are grouped in their own wing and they each have a built-in robe.

The master bedroom is located separately, at the front and it includes his-and-hers wardrobes and an ensuite.

The home is on display at Oran Park and the raked ceiling is an option for those who select the Retro facade. The Noosa 216 has an optional sunken floor for the back living areas.

WHAT THE BUILDER SAYS

The raked ceilings and sunken floor of the Noosa 216 create amazing high ceilings and a stunning light-filled home. Suited to narrow sites, this home‘s garage can be built to the boundary, maximising usable space. As with all our homes, we put great thought into how families live so when we designed the Noosa, we factored in storage for all and enough spaces to retreat to and spend time together.
