Over two weeks, The Telegraph’s team of food reviewers brought you its recommendations for the best 100 restaurants in NSW, in the 2022 delicious.100.

Coming out on top was a newcomer to the scene, but headed by familiar hospitality faces.

Pellegrino 2000 only opened in Sydney at the beginning of 2022, but has made seriously bold strides since.

The Italian standout tops a list featuring a diverse selection of eateries, covering many different styles of food and service, as well as a variety of budgets for 2022.

This number one ranking leads to a diverse collection of 99 others on NSW’s delicious.100 list, from family-friendly destinations to date-night degustations.
