Aussie woman sparks debate over 'inappropriate' work attire

It's becoming increasingly normalised to wear casual attire to corporate offices in Australia.

But has this woman taken it too far?

TikToker Chloe Baradinsky has been called out online for a recent outfit she wore to her office job in Sydney. 

And it all started when a male colleague commented on her comfy get-up...

"$100 my ass"

"A male team member was like, 'Oh, I didn't realise we were wearing our pyjamas into work nowadays'," she said in her clip.

She then says that he continued to ask her how much the silk set had cost her, implying that it didn't look like it would be much. 

"How dare you, this isn't polyester. This is silk... $100 my ass," she joked, before doing a 'fit check' for her followers to get their opinions.

"Don't listen to these haters"

In the comments of the video, which has since been viewed millions of times, people were divided, to say the least.

"Don't listen to these haters... darling I love this outfit, only the real ones understand this fashion, they don’t look like PJs at all," one fan reassured.

"Girl this set is so cute!!!" said another.

But others weren't so sure. "I want to be on your side so bad… but they are giving me Pj vibes… exquisite PJ vibes, though, haha," someone chuckled.

Someone else echoed: "Chloe, you have to accept defeat on this one. They look like PJs!"

And some said she should have accessorised her look better to make it look more elevated. 

"You should have had a black bag, a belt and maybe a sweater tied over your shoulders," suggested one.
