A friend close to the clan has confirmed all three of the Lewis kids — Mitchell, Jamie-Lee and actor Lincoln — have sided with their mum Jackie following the end of the couple’s 36-year marriage, and are now barely on speaking terms with their famous father.

It’s understood that Lincoln in particular has thrown his full support behind his mum, with whom the 33-year-old former Home And Away star is “extremely close”.

“Lincoln and his mum have always been very tight … he’s very much his mother’s boy,” a close Lewis friend told Confidential.

“She was the one who really encouraged him to pursue acting and always took a much bigger (parenting) role in his life.

“He has always been open about that with people close to him. He has been known to say that he was raised by his mother.”

Other family and friends are also believed to be rallying around Jackie, who wed the Queensland league legend in 1984 after a whirlwind courtship of just 16 days.

The marriage came to an abrupt end late last year, with Wally confirming this week he had been the one to instigate the split.

The retired great-turned-Channel 9 sports presenter is now dating volunteer worker Lynda Adams.

Sources claim Lewis and Adams first met back in 2016 when — despite both being married — they struck up a close friendship after they were seated next to each other on a domestic flight.

Lincoln declined to comment when contacted by Confidential, however the likeable thespian, who recently wrapped the low-budget horror flick The Possessed, went “Instagram official” on Thursday with new girlfriend, 20-year-old Gold Coast influencer Pandora Bonsor.
