In a night filled with deceit and double vodkas the Married At First Sight drama intensified.

The trip to the Gold Coast centred around the secret relationship between Ines and Sam, who started the episode in bed together with Ines “strapped to his leg”.

The cameras happened to be there when the couple woke up.

Sam and Ines are not shy about showing their emotions.

The new lovers didn’t hide their emotions when Sam’s “wife” Elizabeth who Ines has labelled “A walking problem” checked into the modest Vibe hotel on the Glitter Strip.

The Bosnian-born beauty was not phased as she zipped up her camo dress and walked back to her room with heels in hand after spending the night with Sam.

Producers strategically made it appear that the girls nearly crossed paths in some very sneak editing.

“Oh s**t”, Elizabeth is back.

“Oh s**t, you’re here,” Sam said as his partner walked into their hotel room unannounced.

A quick dash to hide Ines’s hot pink toothbrush in the bathroom and the couple were deep in discussion about Elizabeth — who has been missing for several episodes — and her undisclosed illness.

This couple seems to have an issue with messaging one another, both have now disappeared for days with no explanation.

With no resolution the pair seemed to agree to endure one another’s company for a few more episodes at least.

Ines made her feelings well known.

Also faking it — not very well — was Ines, who sat through an awkward lunch with her husband Bronson who had no idea that his wife had spent the night in her mismatching underwear laying next to another man.

After somehow spending the day with their actual partners, Ines and Sam, along with the rest of the participants — yes there are other people on the show if you had forgotten — went out for a night on the town.

Confronted by Elizabeth, Ines appeared to have no trouble lying to her face, while laughing behind her back at how hilarious it will be when the group finds out.
