AUSTRALIA’S top male model Jordan Barrett is looking to add the title of actor to his résumé‚ with the New York-based 20-year-old hinting he has a project coming up on home soil.
Barrett has been taking acting classes and makes his debut in Eva Dolezalova’s short film Carte Blanche, shot in America with Suki Waterhouse.
“Hopefully if all things go well, there will be something else coming up on that side in October filming in Australia,” Barrett told Confidential.
“I am just trying to do as much as I can and take advantage of the opportunities.”
Barrett appears on the cover of Vogue Australia’s September issue alongside American model of the moment Bella Hadid.
Of the younger sister of Gigi Hadid, he added: “Bella is extremely intelligent, she’s quick. She’s smart and knows exactly what she wants. She is on top of everything all the time, she knows exactly where she is, what she wants and what she’s looking at.”
The magazine is on sale August 28.
