Model Shanina Shaik has confirmed her new romance with US record label executive Matthew Adesuyan.
The former Victoria’s Secret angel went Instagram official with Los Angeles-based Adesuyan on Valentine’s Day.
The couple attended an influencer bash in Los Angeles together on Sunday where they posed for photos that were later shared online.
Shaik, 30, recently moved back to the US after six months in the UK after her visa expired following changes to US immigration policies brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Adesuyan is a co-owner of Music Group Bad Habit, which manages Grammy nominee Burna Boy among other artists.
Shaik, whose parents are of Lithuanian, Pakistani and Saudi Arabian descent, began dating Adesuyan last year, more than one year after she filed for divorce from US artist DJ Ruckus (otherwise known as Greg Andrews), who is the cousin of rock musician Lenny Kravitz.
The couple were married for one year before announcing their split.
The Make Me a Supermodel runner-up was also once linked to American model Tyson Beckford, after having met on set of the Australian reality show in 2008.
Shaik recently celebrated her 30th birthday in Los Angeles after her friends organised a surprise party.
The Melbourne-born model rose to fame on Make Me a Supermodel in 2008 before moving to New York City, where she launched a successful modelling career.
She has modelled for top brands including Oscar de la Renta and Tom Ford and considers the Kardashians among her friends.
