SHE has made plenty of heads turn in her days as a supermodel — but this morning Tziporah Malkah’s bizarre ensemble attracted a different kind of attention from Sydneysiders.
The 44-year-old stepped out to a bottle shop in Pyrmont wearing nothing but pink bedsheets, her underwear, and a pair of fluffy slippers.
But the former supermodel has defended her head-turning hot pink look, saying it was “a fashion statement”.
“If a toga is good enough for Julius Caesar, Mark Antony and Cleopatra, it’s good enough for me,” Malkah told The Daily Telegraph.
“I’m making a fashion statement. Why can’t women be comfortable? I’m starting to look fabulous again.”
She was snapped at the same time Canadian right-wing activist Lauren Southern was conducting her talk nearby.
On Twitter yesterday, Malkah said “Gosh they caught me,” with one of the photographs.
“A middle aged overweight woman. Disgusting,” she added.

The outrageous outfit was a wardrobe malfunction in waiting — with Malkah’s sheets barely staying together during her morning stroll.
The reality TV star didn’t seem fazed by onlookers, which included a pair of police officers, as she picked up a bottle of pink Moet.
Despite the dishevelled outfit, she donned glamorous makeup and her hair in a messy bun as she walked past the International Convention Centre.
And this isn’t the first Malkah has been spotted in the unusual outfit.
The former model has worn the “nothing-but-sheets” look on multiple occasions before.
“I am too old to care,” Malkah told Sydney Confidential earlier this month.
“I’ve been around since I was 13 and I’m now 44. I feel like the most boring person in the world. In two years’ time or five years’ time, that will just become part of the tapestry of my life. I have got character and I really don’t care what people think.”
Malkah was previously known as Kate Fischer. She now resides in Sydney.
The former pin-up model has featured on the cover of Vogue four times and was engaged to billionaire James Packer in the 1990s. Malkah starred in the hit movie Sirens.
She also hit back over reports of her bizarre behaviour outside a South Australian court after she appeared on assault charges.
