She’s back! Aussie’s TV sweetheart, Tessa James is set to hit screens again, stronger than ever after conquering her heroic battle with cancer.
Fans are excited for Tessa’s return, which sees her star alongside Queensland’s Lincoln Lewis, 28, in a romantic comedy titled, Spin Out, set in rural Australia.
Due out in September, this isn’t the first time the favourites have been cast together, with their Home and Away character’s Nicole Franklin and Geoff Campbell having dated on the TV series.
No doubt Tessa is cherishing her transition back into work after her career came to a screeching halt in 2014 when she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The star, who left Home and Away in 2011, had moved to Hollywood to chase her dreams as an actress but after discovering a lump in her collarbone, had to return home to start treatment for the disease.
Married since 2011, Tessa has said her rugby league husband Nate Myles was a huge support during the roughest of moments, even shaving his hair off at the same time she did.
Nate took to Instagram seven weeks ago with a cute flashback picture of Tessa when she had no hair saying “12 months baby” to mark her triumphant anniversary.
The bubbly actress also marked the occasion with a throwback picture to Instagram of her getting her head shaved.
