VICTORIA Lee has one piece of advice on how to nail swimwear trends this season.

The David Jones ambassador and Victoria’s Secret model says it’s all about little Aussie cossies with strong, sexy silhouettes this summer.

Summer all about little Aussie cossie.

“I love a one piece and this season there’s a lot of sexy updates on the traditional one piece,” Lee told The Saturday Telegraph, “Cut-outs, halter necklines and high-cut waists are in for summer, allowing you to show a bit more skin.”

Lee said swimsuits are also really flattering, versatile — and more importantly, practical.

“That’s one thing Aussie swimwear takes into account, our swimsuits are our second skin during summer,” she added.

“They become transitional from the beach to lunch or drinks or wherever you’re going, You can throw a skirt or pair of shorts over the top and you’ve got an outfit.

“You can swim and jump in the ocean without being concerned about anything going where it shouldn’t.”

Lee will take to the catwalk at the David Jones spring/summer collections launch next Wednesday night, alongside fellow ambassador Jessica Gomes, Victoria’s Secret model Karolina Kurkova, Anwar Hadid, the younger brother of US supermodels Bella and Gigi and Sudanese-Australian beauty Adut Akech.
