There’s no bad blood between tennis bad boy Nick Kyrgios and his ex-girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya, despite her recent social media posts suggesting otherwise.
Last week, Russian tennis star Kalinskaya, 21, announced their split after one year of dating and alluded to a nasty break-up when she posted a cryptic photo caption which read: “You’re not a bad boy, you are simply a bad person”.

The world No. 95 also wrote “f...ing energy vampire”, however, she told Confidential that she wasn’t referring to Aussie Kyrgios, 25.
“He did nothing. He is a good person and I didn’t mean to comment about him. I don’t know why people think it’s about him. He is a great player and nice person,” Kalinskaya said.
The pair were first linked in August last year when Kyrgios cheered her on from the coaching box at the 2019 Citi Open in Washington. They were pictured kissing in Mexico earlier this year.
It’s unclear what caused her split from the tennis bad boy.
The revelation came after one of Kalinskaya’s Instagram followers asked about her relationship status. “We broke up. We aren’t friends,” she wrote. “I understand you are his friends and it’s cool but I’m not going to talk about him. Have some respect for me as well please.”
Kyrgios previously dated Croatian-Australian tennis player Ajla Tomljanović for two years before splitting in 2017. Tomljanović abruptly deleted all photos of the couple from her social media page after Kyrgios was seen with other women during Wimbledon, including Canadian tennis star Genie Bouchard’ssister Beatrice.
Meanwhile, Kyrgios, who is no stranger to controversy, set social media alight last week when he unleashed on fellow tennis stars during an Instagram Live chat with former world No. 1 Andy Murray.
