A bartender at CBD restaurant Matteo Downtown has gone viral for his porn star martini, landing himself in the middle of a dating frenzy, and becoming a TikTok sensation.

A Sydney bartender has found himself in the middle of a dating frenzy after he posted videos of him making drinks on social media.

Roberto Torresi is a bartender at popular Italian restaurant Matteo Downtown, in the CBD.

The restaurant has started posting videos of cocktail making to social media site TikTok, which have quickly gone viral.

Although most of the comments are not about the drink he’s making.

Torresi’s appearance has sent users into a spin. Especially the video of him making a porn martini, which consists of a fruit cocktail served with a shot of prosecco or champagne on the side.

“Good lord, I’ll have it all. Minus the martini please,” one user wrote.

People have been calling the venue to find out his hours of work and asking him out on dates.

“It feels good if someone is appreciating what I’m doing,” says Torresi, who hails from Italy and has been in Sydney since 2015.

“If people are looking at Matteo, then great. I was not expecting this, when we were doing the TikTok. I mean, I don’t have TikTok.”

Torresi, who has worked in his family restaurant since he was 13, is about to launch a new cocktail menu at Matteo, which means more videos.

“I’ve been trying to change [careers] many times, but I always come back because I love the job and I love to be in contact with people,” he said.
