Stu Laundy says he’s still single after being spotted with ‘sex expert’ Jana Hocking

Billionaire publican Stu Laundy says there is a very good reason why he was spotted with self-styled ‘sex expert’ Jana Hocking — and it has nothing to do with a new relationship.

He shot to reality TV notoriety back in 2017 when he wooed and ultimately won the heart of Sophie Monk during her stint as The Bachelorette.

However billionaire publican Stu Laundy, who parted ways with Monk just weeks after the cameras stopped rolling, has been sighted with a different blonde that has sparked rumours that one of Sydney’s most eligible bachelors is squiring a new flame.

Laundy was seen this week arm in arm with writer and self-styled ‘sex expert’ Jana Hocking who was most recently linked to fallen Souths star Sam Burgess after the pair were spotted leaving a late-night bar together back in March.

However her eyes seemed firmly fixed on Laundy last week with the pair said to have appeared ‘cosy’ as they wandered into Icebergs Bar & Dining Room with Hocking, 37, seen wrapping her arm around the waist of her much-taller companion.

However Laundy was quick to point out that he remains firmly on the market, saying he and Hocking were merely pals.

“She just started a podcast (and) I was first cab off the rank. Dating a divorcee,” he told Confidential.

However the ‘playboy publican’ declined to confirm he had recently plonked down $14 million for the ultimate bachelor pad in Crown Residences.
