HE’S the boy wonder behind breakfast TV but Sunrise executive producer Michael Pell is no slouch when it comes to raking in the grown-up cash.

The 32-year-old, who took over the reigns at Sunrise in 2010, has just plonked down a cool $3.7 million for a plush Woollahra pad.

The new home once belonged to design guru Tim Dyroff and, prior to that, TV audience researcher David Castran.

Pell's new abode should be a little more spacious than his one-bedroom unit in Surry Hills.
