HE’S the boy wonder behind breakfast TV but Sunrise executive producer Michael Pell is no slouch when it comes to raking in the grown-up cash.
The 32-year-old, who took over the reigns at Sunrise in 2010, has just plonked down a cool $3.7 million for a plush Woollahra pad.
The designer, two-storey digs in View Street has three bedrooms, a pool, chefs kitchen and a two-car garage and is a significant upgrade from his previous abode — a one-bedroom unit in Surry Hills.
The new home once belonged to design guru Tim Dyroff and, prior to that, TV audience researcher David Castran.
