Roxy Jacenko believes Bitcoin business man Anthony Hess behind office vandalism

PR queen Roxy Jacenko believes the person she took an interim AVO application against earlier this month is behind the now infamous scandal where crude words were spray-painted on her Paddington office.

Sydney publicist Roxy Jacenko believes she knows the culprits of the now infamous office spray-painting scandal.

The founder of Sweaty Betty PR outlined in recent court documents that she believes Bitcoin entrepreneur Anthony Hess — the man she took an interim AVO application against earlier this month — is the person she described on social media as “childish” and pathetic” for spraying her Paddington office walls with the crude words: “Roxy is a c**t”.

At the time yet-to-be-identified vandals also sprayed graffiti on a traffic barrier near Syd Einfeld Drive that read: “Roxy Jacenko is a crook”, as well as writing “Roxy is a dog” on the road.

However the court documents sighted by Sunday Confidential reveal Jacenko believes Hess — who clashed with the PR queen at one of her events in February — is to blame as he is the same “build” as the assailant.

Hess’s lawyer Brett Galloway said Jacenko’s AVO application has “no legs”.

“If it did, police would have taken out an AVO on her behalf,” Galloway said. “My client denies the allegation and he is also embarrassed that the proceedings associate him with her,” Galloway said.

“It is what people do to keep themselves relevant and or advertise themselves.”

NSW Police are yet to close in on the case.

When Sunday Confidential asked whether they had any leads a spokesman said: “No updates at this time but inquiries are continuing.”

When asked whether Hess was a person of interest, they added: “We would not be able to comment regarding our lines of inquiry.”

It’s been a hectic few months for Jacenko, who this week recorded CCTV footage of someone stealing two $900 pot plants from the front of her Paddington office.

The PR maven shared footage of the incident to her social media page, calling on her 233,000 followers to identify him. Shortly after, she tracked the man down at a local op shop and recorded herself confronting him in the store and taking them back.

“You took my plants,” Jacenko said to the man in the clip.

He responded by saying, “I know, I’m so sorry. (They were) there for ages.”
