The Real Housewives of Sydney are going global.
Although producers of the Binge and Foxtel’s second season have worked hard to keep their cast list under wraps, The Daily Telegraph can reveal which eastern suburbs personalities will be MIA from the Harbour City for the next few weeks of filming.
Sally Obermeder, Krissy Marsh, Terry Biviano, Kate Adams Nicole Gazal O’Neil and Caroline Evans were spotted boarding a business class flight to Japan on Sunday morning.
Binge, who are rebooting the series after it was cancelled in 2019, are yet to officially release a cast list.
Lifestyle consultant Victoria Montano is also in the mix, but skipped the girl’s trip because she’s already holidaying in Saint Tropez.
The Housewives will be staying at the ANA InterContinental, a luxury 5-star hotel located in Akasaka in the heart of Tokyo.
Marsh and Gazal O’Neil are the only returning cast members, with Marsh recently snapped filming a beach workout scene with celebrity trainer Jono Castano in Rose Bay.
Marsh is married to real estate mogul John Marsh, with whom she shares three children, two dogs and a $30 million mansion in Double Bay. The former-model was one of the most divisive housewives on season one, but gained fans for her level-headed attitude and sense of humour.
We can also put to bed the rumours that shoe designer and one-time WAG Biviano had bailed on production halfway through the series.
Despite whispers and reports the new cast member had failed to provide enough of a plot line to survive the season, she looked very comfortable strolling through International departures in athleisure, sunnies, a trench coat, and carrying designer bags.
Meanwhile, media-friendly Bondi vet Dr Kate Adams opted for casual airport chic, in a button-up white shirt and jeans.
We do not have news of a formal release date, although production is well underway in Sydney and abroad.
“A new generation of Sydney’s glamorous and wealthy women will welcome viewers into their homes and lives, to witness the friendships, fashion, social events, and drama,” per Binge’s press release.
