PNAU frontman declares his career is over and now he wants to help other musicians
He came back with a huge bang with 2016 hit Chameleon and in the interim, he made up half of the hugely successful Aussie bang, but despite still working, PNAU frontman Nick Littlemore says his career is over.
Despite still being a working musician, PNAU frontman Nick Littlemore says his career is over.
Forming the group in 1999, he experienced steady success with band members Peter Mayes and Sam Littlemore in dance and electronica circles before coming back in 2016 with a huge track called Chameleon, featuring the hypnotic vocals of Kira Divine.
In the interim he also made up half of the hugely successful Empire Of The Sun with The Sleepy Jackson singer Luke Steele.
Littlemore said giving artists such as Divine a leg up is what he wants to do now.

“My career is over now and I want to help other people,” he told Confidential.
“Now it’s about paying it forward and taking a step back and fixing the problems that I had as a youth so artists coming through don’t have to go through all that frustration.”
Divine, a singer and dancer living in Los Angeles, slotted into the group seamlessly and for many, she took the electronic threesome to a whole new level.
Their latest single Solid Gold is the first one she co-wrote and the group have their first ever US tour coming up in July.
But the ego that often comes with success hasn’t even come close to infecting Divine, in fact all she wants to do is prove to other artists of colour that they can be superstars — they are Solid Gold.
“I do feel like I have had positive impact for girls which is the biggest thing for me to inspire them and say you can do things, don’t let anything box you in,” she said.
“You have that solid gold in you to shine. It’s a matter of tapping into it and
knowing you are a part of something greater in the universe.
“There are a lot of artists coming out and changing the world and breaking the game and I am glad to be part of that.”
