PIPPA Middleton and her new husband James Matthews have touched down at Darwin Airport after a whirlwind sightseeing stop in Sydney.
Pippa, who smiled for cameras at Sydney Airport, looked elegant in a chic white blouse, blue jeans and the same espadrilles she wore on Wednesday.
The couple appear to be following in the footsteps of Pippa’s sister Kate and Prince William, who visited Uluru during a tour of the Red Centre in April 2014.
The royals took part in a guided walk around Uluru and watched a traditional indigenous dance performance at the National Park’s cultural centre.
Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales, also climbed Uluru in 1983 during their tour of Central Australia.
It’s expected Pippa and James will arrive at Darwin Airport early this afternoon.
The loved-up couple spent Tuesday night in an $18,000-a-night penthouse at the exclusive Park Hyatt hotel on Sydney’s Harbour in The Rocks.
The five-star accommodation includes a 24-hour butler plus a sauna and steam room.

They began the Aussie sojourn of their travels yesterday morning with a 5km dawn run around the Harbour. One guest said she was surprised to see Ms Middleton, 33, who famously almost stole the spotlight at her sister Kate’s wedding to Prince William with her figure-hugging bridesmaid’s dress, wandering around the hotel in a vest after her workout.
The newlyweds then treated themselves to a lunch adventure via seaplane, at stunning Cottage Point Inn on the Hawkesbury River in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.
They topped off the night by completing the daring Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb.
