Olympic diving great Matthew Mitcham has made a cameo on OnlyFans.
The Beijing gold medallist teased the release of some “holigay” images over the past week, counting down until the moment the shots were uploaded.
Mitcham himself is not on the site where users charge subscribers a monthly fee for access to their content. However his masseuse husband, Luke Mitcham, has a profile where he shares images to his subscribers at a cost of $9.99 per month.
“Sooooo many people have asked, so this is your one chance,” Mitcham wrote on his Instagram story with an image of himself nude with the words strategically placed across his genitals.
“On Saturday @lukeyluke8 will be DMing a selection of his favourite uncensored photos of ME to his subscribers on OF. If you want to see me in all my holigay glory, make sure you’re subscribed before Saturday.”
Mitcham then provided a link to his husband’s OnlyFans account - @MRmalemassage.
While OnlyFans is a site where adult content is shared openly, often of a pornographic nature, sources close to Mitcham explained his images were “tasteful and not sexual”.
The pair have been based in London for the past year and are currently understood to be holidaying at a nude resort in Gran Canaria, Spain.
They have both shared many images to social media celebrating body positivity.
The couple were married at a castle in Belgium in February, 2020, surrounded by around 65 family and friends as they said their ‘I do’s’ at the Chateau de Halloy in Ciney.
At the time, Mitcham told Confidential: “The whole thing was so beautiful. I was crying for basically the entire ceremony.”
The wedding cake was a three-tier carrot, red velvet and rainbow vanilla sponge with Mr & Mr on top.
The former professional diver made international headlines after winning gold in the 10m platform diving at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 when official broadcaster NBC didn’t show the Australian athlete hugging and kissing his former partner Lachlan Fletcher during his victory lap of the pool.
At the Beijing games, Mitcham became the first openly gay athlete to win an Olympic gold medal and received the highest single-dive score in Olympic history.
Mitcham won gold in the 10m synchronised platform at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 2014, as well as two silvers that year and four silver medals at Delhi in 2010.
