IT seems viewer appetite for Offspring and the Proudman clan hasn’t dwindled with the seventh season of the Channel 10 drama returning to strong ratings this week.
With almost one million viewers nationally, Offspring is the No. 1 series launch of the year for the 25 to 54 age bracket.
Network Ten chief content officer Beverley McGarveysaid the network was pleased with the result and the show’s domination on social media.
“Offspring’s audience will further grow through the week with TV and online catch-up viewing,” McGarvey said.
“Last year, catch-up viewing boosted Offspring’s audience by an impressive 30 per cent.
“The episode was a fantastic return for Australia’s most-loved drama and we cannot wait to reveal what’s in store for Nina, Billie and the rest of the Proudman family.”
