Seven weeks after giving birth to her first child, model mum Fiona Falkiner is already planning her next.

The former Biggest Loser contestant and host is hoping for a brood of three children with fiancee Hayley Willis.

“I think we are going to have another one pretty soon actually,” Falkiner told Confidential. “We will play it by ear but two or three kids in total would be amazing. We may as well get the sleep deprivation over with together.”

As well as getting used to their new life as first-time mums, the couple are also planning their wedding for October.

Falkiner fell pregnant with son Hunter via IVF.

“After the wedding we will get Hayley pregnant,” Falkiner added.

Falkiner, 38, spoke to Confidential to announce that she has signed on as an ambassador for health and wellness business The Healthy Mummy.

As part of the ambassadorship, she will commit to a holistic health program covering food, fitness and weight loss.

“Going through IVF and having the pregnancy, my health and fitness and everything, I had to kind of let go and give my body over to the process of having a baby,” she explained.

“Now, I am kind of at the point where I need to get a bit of control back.

“When you have a young baby, everything is a bit chaotic. Your eating, sleeping, everything is all over the shop and The Healthy Mummy is amazing because it gives you that structure and that is what I need to get myself back on track.”

Falkiner has been open about the highs and lows of her health journey since being elevated to public life as a contestant on the first season of The Biggest Loser in 2006, and later as host of the reality show.

She admitted to feeling pressure to get back into fitness but said she will take her time.

“When I was pregnant, I loved my bump and I loved my body,” she said.

“When I gave birth, it was really an interesting moment for me because my stomach that was obviously carrying him was all of a sudden soft and he wasn’t in there anymore and so I did feel a lot of pressure to bounce back.

“A lot of women are able to bounce back really quickly.

“For me, I was told to take 12 weeks to recover before I start training so it has been an adjustment and I have to remind myself constantly that I just gave birth and created this beautiful boy and he has been my utter focus.”
