JOEL Edgerton and Natalie Portman basked in each other’s company at the New York premiere of Jane Got A Gun yesterday.
The red-carpet event, held at the Museum of Modern Art, saw Portman, who Edgerton described as “stronger than any guy in the room”, don a black floor-length dress as she addressed the media days after completing the European promotional tour for the film.
Earlier, Portman told media: “I like the idea that the love story takes place in the Wild West, because love seems to be illegal in this situation.
“It’s a movie about a woman who will have to face their fears, by the way, kind of like I’ve felt while working on the film.”
