AUSSIE model, mum and business owner Miranda Kerr has spoken about how she finds balance in what is a crazy busy life.

“It’s a constant challenge,” she said.

“I feel like it’s really important to take time for yourself, so then you can be and give your best in everything you do (even if it’s just doing a 10 minute mediation or 20 minutes of working out). Every little bit helps.

“I find when I give myself time I then in turn have so much more to give back to my family, work and friends.”

She also revealed if she wasn’t modelling, she would be working in the world of nutrition.

“I’ve studied nutrition and it’s been a big part of my life since my childhood. Both my mum and nan were great influences from a young age.

“They are both very health conscious and taught me how to cook healthy, nutritious food early on. So nutrition has always been a passion of mine. I believe that health is wealth!”

The 33-year-old, who is mother to 5-year-old Flynn, a son she shares with former partner Orlando Bloom also spoke about the pressure she feels in what is a notoriously judgmental industry.

“I’m sure everyone, especially women, experiences pressure to be or look a certain way but it’s important to be confident in yourself and who you are,” she said.

“Everyone is beautiful and special in their own way and has something unique to offer to the world. It’s about finding that within yourself and expanding upon that.”
