MARRIED at First Sight’s Tracey Jewel might have shocked viewers by her love approach to the reality television show and now the self-described relationship expert is releasing a new book full of life advice.
Jewel caused controversy by sticking with “cheating” husband Dean Wells during the series only to start a relationship with fellow contestant Sean Thomsen when filming ended.
The mother-of-one has now announced on Instagram her book, This Goddess Means Business: Marketing pep talks for women in business, which will be released in June and she’s about to embark on a book tour to promote it.
It’s a follow up to her 2016 relationship guide Don’t Mess With The Goddess.
“Let’s drink sparkling, eat macaroons and chat about life, MAFS and Why #thisgoddessmeansbusiness,” she wrote of the soiree’s, which fans can buy tickets to costing up to $126.
However, followers were quick to criticise the reality television contestant on her latest venture.
One questioning why she was charging people to attend the book signing said, “Book signings are meant to be free in order to sell books” means. This “book” is a thinly veiled disguise to earn appearance money from hapless fools,” they said.
Another added, “Just another way all these mafs ppl are cashing in. Give it another 6 months Everyone will be saying WHO (sic).”
Meanwhile, Thomsen took over Jewel’s Instagram stories to give a review of the book. “It’s quite a good read. I’m a bit biased, but I think it’s possibly her best book,” he said.
On her personal website, Perth based Jewel describes herself as a professional speaker and marketing strategist.
