CHANNEL 9 is piggybacking the Married at First Sight Davina Rankin drama after the villain wife will return to watch a re-run of her “cheating scandal” with Dean Wells and the fellow contestants.
In an advertisement, the Brisbane-based model, 26, who was “married” to Ryan Gallagher, will be forced to sit through what happened between her and Wells.
Rankin is heard saying in the promotional video, “I just want sh*t to hit the fan.”
Just days ago in an online vlog, Rankin revealed how she had suffered “life” altering anxiety “for months” following the filming of the explosive series.
“I have just been so unmotivated lately — and reason being is I have been suffering from really, really bad anxiety. Anxiety isn’t something I’ve had to really deal with before — I never really understood anxiety,” she said.
“Pretty much for me, like the last few months, I just felt like I haven’t had the motivation to go out to do the things I would usually do.
“Instead of going out and doing things, I felt I would retreat, spend time inside — I felt like I didn’t want to go outside. It’s just been a really, really weird time for me.
“Slowly but surely I’m starting to find myself again, I’m starting to find my feet and just get back to doing what I was doing.
“Yeah anxiety is massive — I didn’t realise how much it can take over your life.”
In the series, viewers were shocked to see her arranging a secret date with Wells behind Gallagher’s back. After the backlash, Rankin stayed off social media.
She later broke her silence, revealing she had received insults and death threats and has described feeling betrayed by Nine.
