How she was overlooked for the Miss Universe title in 2014 is still a mystery but glamour Tegan Martin keeps going from strength to strength.
Her latest accolade is gracing the cover of latest edition of Maxim Australia magazine.
Martin opens up to the magazine about her time as Miss Universe Australia and meeting Donald Trump and even gives tips for blokes in the bedroom.
The beautiful blonde reveals that she is really a tomboy at heart and, handily, loves travelling which should fit in with her chosen career well.
Martin also opens up about growing up in Newcastle and how that experience means she is not really a city person.
The 23-year-old former The Celebrity Apprentice Australia contestant revealed what it is like doing reality television.
“Everything you see in reality TV is actually what happened, but there is also a huge amount of Tegan Martin footage deleted and never to be seen again,” she tells Maxim.
“It’s disappointing when you did something awesome or said something that was an important lead-up to something else and it is edited out.
“In turn, you end up sounding like a tool.”
While Martin said she is currently seeing someone she said it had not quite reached true ‘relationship’ status yet so there is hope for you single guys out there.
But be warned, leave your ego at the door and make sure you make her laugh because Martin is a discerning young lady and deserves the very best.
