Former cricket WAG Kyly Clarke has responded to rumours she is back with her ex-husband Michael Clarke after they were spotted together at Palm Beach.
The former Dancing With the Stars contestant was asked about persistent rumours during an appearance on The Morning Show on Monday, following Clarke’s split with Bondi socialite Pip Edwards.
“I think Michael said it all actually on KIIS FM on Friday,” she said.
“A family holiday, it’s a great opportunity to get everyone together. Kelsey-Lee’s aunty, uncle and cousins were there and I think like anything you’re trying your best to put your daughter first and prioritise her and she really had a ball.
“It’s fantastic, it’s what anyone would want to achieve or try to achieve if you’re in this position and I think her smile on her face says everything.”
The Clarkes recently embarked on a family getaway to Palm Beach with their five-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee.
They appear to be on friendly terms more than one year after their split as they were seen running errands, dining at a local restaurant and sunbaking together.
An insider told Confidential that they are “just co-parenting”.
The pair were married for nearly eight years before calling it quits.
Last week, the former cricketer denied they were in a sexual relationship.
“We went to palm beach last weekend with my sister, her husband and two kids and all of a sudden because we are having a family holiday with our daughter we are back together,” he told the Kyle and Jackie O show.
“Kyly and I have said it from day one, we have such a great friendship, and the fact we can do that for our daughter, I don’t think there’d be an ex-husband and wife that are not together that wouldn’t want that for their child.”
The pair are both said to be single with Kyly, 39, having split from V8 supercars driver James Courtney late last year.
Clarke, 40, ended his whirlwind romance with P.E Nation boss Edwards in February.
