Khloe Kardashian’s trainer Luke Milton says reality star worked hard for her body
Former Australian footy player turned celebrity trainer Luke Milton, who trains Khloe Kardashian, has slammed trolls who say the reality star’s body is a product of surgery, saying he knows for a fact she works hard on her body.
Former Roosters player and celebrity trainer Luke Milton says anyone who says Khloe Kardashian’s body is nothing but surgical intervention hasn’t seen her bust her famous butt in the gym.
Milton, 37, stars in Kardashian’s television show Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian and is a personal trainer to the middle child of the Kardashian/Jenner clan.
He said he can speak personally that Kardashian earned her body.

“I don’t work with Kim or any of the others but I know Khloe works very hard in the gym,” he told Confidential.
“She’s extremely committed to her fitness endeavours, she extremely disciplined with her nutrition and she is a real athlete in the gym.”
Kardashian isn’t the only famous figure Milton has sculpted, with Elle MacPherson, Rachel McAdams, Ashley Tisdale, Hilary Duff and Vanessa Hudgens among his high profile clientele.
But the Paddington lad is quickly forging his own celebrity status by appearing on his third consecutive season of Revenge Body, a show that helps people reach their body goals available to watch on hayu.
While the show was originally unofficially about Kardashian and her body transformation after years of being called the fat, ugly sister, Milton said he thinks the show has grown even further than that.
“I look at revenge not necessarily on someone else,” he said.
“I think the show has evolved into — it could be revenge on circumstances, it could be not prioritising your health and fitness, or letting other people influence your life.
“I look at it as revenge on circumstances and I truly believe nobody else should have the power to make us feel less than we are.”
