Jules Robinson has her Demi Moore moment, sharing nude pregnancy shots

Jules Robinson has long been an advocate for body positivity and the celebration of the female form. Now, she has posed for a series of nude photographs ahead of the birth of her second child.

Australia’s Jules Robinson is having her Demi Moore moment ahead of the birth of her second child.

The entrepreneur, media identity and reality star is due to give birth any day and wanted to share her body positivity message by posing for a series of images to celebrate her pregnant figure.

“I have always been an advocate for celebrating women's bodies in all of our different shapes and forms,” Robinson, 42, told The Daily Telegraph.

“I’ve done this for myself and my family but also see it as something that hopefully inspires others to also feel good about themselves. I have loved being pregnant, in your 40s it definitely hits different but I truly marvel at my body and think it is just incredible.”

Hollywood star Moore changed the game when she appeared nude in an iconic cover shoot of Vanity Fair magazine in 1991, showing off her very pregnant belly in the photographs by Annie Leibovitz.

Since then, countless women have celebrated their pregnant bodies by posing for similar shoots, among them Serena Williams, Rihanna, Britney Spears, Kourtney Kardashian and Claudia Schiffer.

“This is something that we will have forever,” Robinson said, having posed for photographer Deanna Gaynor for a similar style shoot for her first pregnancy to son Oliver.

“It is a very special time in your life so why not document it and celebrate it? I was blown away by the amount of women that contacted me when I shared the photographs the first time, saying they’d been inspired and wanted to recreate the images themselves.”

Robinson rose to national fame off the back of appearing on Married At First Sight, during which she met now real life husband Cameron Merchant.

She has just passed the 38 weeks pregnant mark and the couple have chosen not to find out the gender of the baby before it is born.
