Jasmine Yarbrough signs exclusive deal with David Jones to stock her footwear line, Mara and Mine

EXCLUSIVE: Just six months ago Jasmine Yarbrough was a little-known shoe designer, now she has signed an exclusive deal to stock her footwear in David Jones.

JUST six months ago Jasmine Yarbrough was a little-known shoe designer, now she has signed an exclusive deal to stock her footwear in David Jones.

Yarbrough, 33, has shot to social fame after she began dating Today host Karl Stefanovic, 42, and it appears the best is yet to come for her.

A source close to the deal has revealed to Confidential the former model’s Mara and Mine range will hit the department stores later this year.

“Jasmine is super excited about that she will be stocked in David Jones,” the source said.

“An official announcement won’t be made until around October, but the products are already being pushed by DJs.”

Confidential understands the range is already being promoted by David Jones through their ambassadors, and the shoes are expected to feature in tonight’s Spring/Summer launch.

Sources on set of a promo shoot for the retailer said the brand’s ambassadors Jesinta Franklin and Jess Gomes were wearing Mara and Mine during shooting.

It is also understood the ladies have been given the shoes to wear when they may be photographed by the paparazzi.

Confidential reached out to both Yarbrough and David Jones yesterday but neither wanted to comment at this stage.

The deal comes after Stefanovic’s shameless promotion of the line. On several occasioned he has been seen wearing the women’s shoes and carrying clutches from the range.

Yarbrough will attend tonight’s David Jones show alongside her man.

This will be their first public appearance together since the TV host opened up about their relationship.

“We are taking things really, really slowly,” he said to New Corp last month.

“We have a really lovely relationship, but it’s got to be slow for a variety of reasons.”

Yarbrough’s social status in Sydney has skyrocketed since the couple went public with their romance. She is often listed as a celebrity on the guest list of VIP events in the Harbour City.
