As Australia’s biggest influencers and socialites continue to open up about their cosmetic procedures and skin treatments, Kate Waterhouse says she’s all for the transparency - and open to trialling the more unusual offerings.
Waterhouse, who just returned from Royal Ascot, said she’s even keen to try the salmon sperm facial that Bec Judd revealed she had in Stellar over the weekend.
“It’s fantastic. It is a lot of process to sort of feel your best so I love that people are sharing that now,” Waterhouse told The Daily Telegraph.
“I’m always interested to see what people are doing, so to let people talk about it and know all their secrets is great, because it doesn’t come from drinking lots of water and getting lots of sleep.”
A self-confessed skincare enthusiast, Waterhouse is currently in hosting mode for Lancôme’s Australian launch of its latest innovation, the Rénergie C. R.x Triple Serum Retinol.
“I do love skincare. I’m constantly, always trying different products,” she said.
“I haven’t tried it [salmon sperm facial] but even when I saw it, I was like I’ll definitely try that one. I’m all for trialling new things.”
“Retinol is a really important product. And I think some people are a bit unsure about it but for me, it’s something that I definitely incorporate into my skincare.”
