Cobham-Hervey, 24, best known for TV series The Kettering Incident, was snapped playing the queen of ‘70s pop yesterday, dressed head to toe in a salmon 1960s-style suit.

Philip St was shut down between 5am and 7pm, as camera crews, actors and directors filmed the highly anticipated feature, which will explore the life of Reddy, the singer and actor whose anthem I Am Woman took Aussie music to the world and etched a place in popular culture.

Filming will also take place in Los Angeles and New York.

Helen Reddy, enjoying life in retirement in Sydney, has been inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame.
