Harry Jowsey is done with playing.
The Too Hot To Handle reality star says he is now dating to find his forever person.
“I am so single. I just had a bit of a fun relationship, on and off for a year and a bit and then it is just tough out here in LA,” Jowsey told Confidential.
“My biggest goal in my next relationship is I am dating to marry. The next person I am dating, I am fully 110 per cent, that is my person so I want to make sure of it. I have made so many mistakes and learnt all the lessons I need to learn. I am done having my heart broken.”
Jowsey was just 21 when he rose to international fame appearing on controversial dating show, Too Hot To Handle. He has built a career off the back of the show, which was hugely popular during Covid lockdowns.
Originally from Yeppoon, Queensland, he now lives in Los Angeles and has more than 4.2 million followers on Instagram and a further five million on TikTok.
He famously dated Francesca Farago on Too Hot To Handle and when they broke up, she went on to appear on other reality shows. Loveable Jowsey subsequently dated a fellow Australian reality star in Georgia Hasserati.
Now 26, he will appear on the upcoming celebrity edition of The Amazing Race Australia on Channel 10 alongside his best mate Teddy Briggs.
“The next person I see, I am all for it so I am trying to stay away from people that are wrong for me and stay focused,” he said.
“I think LA, it is hard to date. I always tend to go for the wrong people, people on reality shows or influencers or whatever else. I think I just need a nice accountant or like a gardener, someone who has normality in their life.”
He added: “I think I just need to go back to Australia and find someone wholesome in a small town. Here, you tend to date influencers and then you introduce them to your famous friends or whatever and they end up sleeping with them behind your back. So, it sucks.”
Jowsey said being in love “puts fire in my belly to be a better person”.
“To go to therapy, to learn more about myself and to just be a better boyfriend for my partner,” he explained.
“Now that I am single, I don’t want to sleep around like I used to.”
