FORMER Miss World Australia Erin Holland has opened up about the struggles of her long-distance relationship with cricketer partner Ben Cutting.
Recently returned from a whirlwind trip to India where Cutting plays in the Indian Premiere League for the Sunrisers Hyderabad, and admitted that it’s hard for the couple to spend such long periods apart.
“It can get tough, when it’s those longer stretches,” she said at yesterday.
“He’s going to the Carribean this year too, so that’s another six weeks,” Holland continued.
While in Australia, Cutting is based in Brisbane playing for the Roar.
“Even when he’s in Australia, he lives in Brisbane and I’m here. They travel a lot domestically as well,” added Holland, who will appear for Austrian jeweller Swarovski as a local ambassador at next week’s Sydney Fashion Week.
