Former Bachelorette Becky Miles reveals dream-come-true pregnancy

After failing to find love in her season of the Bachelorette, Becky Miles has found her “happy ending”, revealing she and partner James Bevin are pregnant.

After failing to find love on The Bachelorette, the circle is complete for reality star Becky Miles with news she is pregnant with her first child.

The 31-year-old found her ‘one’ after appearing on the dating TV show in 2020 and is now talking marriage with beau James Bevin.

Miles, whose sister Elly appeared alongside her on The Bachelorette and was also unlucky in love, is 18 weeks pregnant.

“I have definitely found my happy ending,” Miles told The Daily Telegraph.
“I can’t wait to be a mum. I have always wanted to be a mother and I guess I have had some close friends that have had some issues falling pregnant in the past.
I was given some advice from a friend who said if I was dreaming of being a mum and getting pregnant, maybe I should just let nature do its thing. And so we did.”

Miles and her 33-year-old partner met through dating app Hinge and have been together for around 18 months.

Bevin is an air traffic controller in the Australian air force and was scheduled for a deployment to the Middle East when they found out Miles is pregnant. Those plans have now been shelved with the couple getting ready to become parents together and planning their future.

“We couldn’t be happier,” she said. “It is such a lovely relationship.

“We have been dreaming of those next steps and talking about engagement and having a baby and now that has all become a reality. Although it seems a bit surreal still, it is really exciting and I can’t wait to be a mum.”

Bevin added: “It all just feels very natural. Everything has just flowed really easily, which is nice. We can’t wait to tell our families. It has been a dream.”

The couple will find out the baby gender at a reveal party when both their families meet for the first time.

Miles didn’t experience any morning sickness, which meant they found out she was pregnant at 12 weeks.

“I have felt fine, maybe a bit bloated but that is kind of it.”

As for wedding bells, the couple will hold off until after the baby is born.

“We will definitely get married at some point,” Miles said, Bevin adding: “She is the one for sure.”
