Confidential has heard McNaught is a contestant on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars, which is being given a revamp by Channel 7 after it snatched the format from rival Ten Network.

Seven has already announced Home and Away actor Ada Nicodemou, radio presenter Fifi Box and former TV host Tom Williams as contestants in the all-star series that will premiere later this year.

McNaught, 38, who has two children with British muso partner Example, took part in season 12 of Dancing With The Stars in 2012 when she was paired with professional dancer Gleb Savchenko.

Williams, 50, meanwhile told The Sunday Telegraph at the weekend he had been working hard on a serious workout regimen since committing to Dancing.

“Look it sounds like a bit of a football cliche but if it comes down to what is going to get me the win then I will say that I am very determined,” Williams, who won the 2005 series of Dancing, said. “I am now officially ­middle aged. I cracked 50 last October and there were a couple of days there where I was like, ‘I’m really not into this. I’m really not into this idea of getting older’. But then I thought that I seriously needed to get over myself. I’m lucky to even be celebrating a birthday at all. And I don’t have the body I had when I was 35 but I’ve always been into exercise so I’ve just decided to go with it and see what happens.”
