THE star attraction at this year’s Hamilton Island Race Week was Justin Hemmes.
Sunday Confidential’s spies suggest a number of single and even some not single women were throwing themselves at the newly unattached bar tsar at the annual celeb-studded event.
The news is surprising considering Hemmes was accompanied to the lavish event by a mystery woman, just one month after announcing he had split from the mother of his two children, Kate Fowler.
Hemmes reportedly arrived on Thursday for the James Boag dinner, with a pretty unidentified brunette in tow.

Meanwhile Fowler appears to be getting on with life. In a recent interview with skincare brand Ines, the model spoke about taking care of herself from the inside out.
“Still mastering this one,” she said. “We’re so lucky to have great access to fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood here so eating healthily is pretty easy but not going to lie — love a croissant!”
Asked what beauty advice has been passed down to her, Fowler kept it simple.
“Head up, shoulders back. Share your smiles. And sleep on your back. As a mother of girls too I want the example I set to be as hang-up free as possible, to teach a comfort and confidence in their natural beauty so they can get on with things that matter to them.”
