“I believe my never give up attitude, my inner strength, my determination and also my life experiences will help me get through this course,” she told Confidential.
“I’m doing this for my family, for my kids and for myself. Since retiring about seven or eight years ago I haven’t had a goal. I haven’t challenged myself as much as I’d like to so I just want to see how strong I am, how far I can push myself.”
Warner previously starred on reality TV show Hell’s Kitchen in 2017.
The mother-of-three said she hopes her daughters will enjoy watching her on TV as much as they do their cricket star father David.
“I want to make my family proud so that my daughters can look up on the screen and see their mum and kiss the screen like they do when their daddy’s on TV.”
SAS Australia premieres soon on Channel 7.
