Fashion Week: A-list celebs pack front row
Dutch model Yolanda Hadid has taken to social media gushing over her daughter Bella Hadid’s runway success in Australia for Fashion Week.
The beautiful blonde, who’s also mum to top fashion model Gigi and son Anwar, told her followers that her “Baby was on fire” at Sydney Fashion Week, complete with flame emoji’s alongside a picture of Bella owning the catwalk in the Misha Collection show at Carriageworks.
“For@mishacollection #Australia #mbfw#ProudMommy” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star added.
Also daughter to real estate entrepreneur Mohamed Hadid, Bella modelled exclusively for Melbourne brand Misha in the launch of Misha Gold yesterday.
It seems mama bear Yolanda need not worry about being so far away from her 19-year-old, with the star reportedly putting on the Hollywood diva demands.
She’s only been in the country for little over a day, but apparently Bella’s collected a reported $400,000 at the brand’s expense, and a cool $16,000 per hour.
The beautiful brunette seems to have enjoyed her time here though, posting some fun snaps of her trip to her 4.3 million Instagram followers.
Pictures include the leggy model on and off the runway, with a dazzling snap of her on a boat overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge at sunset, wearing a slinky chest and leg baring halter neck dress and black choker. Bella also enjoyed some time at Bondi’s iconic Icebergs.
Before yesterday’s runway debut she posted a pre-show picture eluding that the jet-lag of a 24-hour flight may have finally caught up on her.
“Tired puppy” she said alongside the sullen gaze.
Maybe she was exhausted from all the giggles she had the night before. The slender model posted a smiling boomerang picture with Misha Collection’s creative director Michelle Aznavorian over the weekend. The pair looked as though they were having a great time at a local watering hole.
The Hollywood star captioned the shot “My Aussie bestie”.
No doubt the teen is looking forward to heading back home where she’ll reunite with her family.
Not unlike Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner, Yolanda also has a brimming social media feed filled with runway snaps and magazine covers of her famous daughters. Along with documenting the family’s famous milestones, the beautiful mother-of-three, who’s open about her battle with Lyme disease, has some seriously cute flash backs on Instagram too.
Earlier this week the model posted a throwback of her looking stunning while pregnant at the beach, holding little Gigi in 1996.
